Everwin Sports manufactures 316 stainless boat fit-out hardware — hinges, hasps, latches, hatch and locker hardware, eye straps, rail and tube fittings, bimini and canvas fittings, and fasteners. Components are investment-cast and fabricated, then mirror-polished for both corrosion resistance and a bright, finished appearance. The 316 alloy with its molybdenum content stands up to chloride pitting in continuous saltwater and spray exposure. Built to ASTM A351 CF8M (cast) and A276 (bar) plus EN specifications, this hardware completes deck, cabin, and canvas installations on recreational and commercial vessels.

Rail and tube fittings are offered for common tubing diameters used in marine rails and frames. Send your tube outside diameter and mounting style and we'll match the fitting.
Why 316 stainless, and how is it finished?
We use 316 stainless because its molybdenum content resists chloride pitting and crevice corrosion far better than 304 in saltwater. Parts are investment-cast or fabricated and then mirror-polished, which both protects the surface and gives a bright, finished look on deck. The result holds up to spray, sun, and washdown over the long term.
How should I select hardware for a canvas or bimini installation?
Bimini and canvas work calls for low-profile eye straps, jaw slides, hinged deck fittings, and quick-release pins that won't snag fabric or lines. Choose a fitting whose base and fastener pattern suit your deck core and backing. We can supply matched sets so the hinges, slides, and end caps share a finish and bolt pattern.
Can hardware be customized or supplied under a private label?
Yes. We offer custom castings, alternate dimensions, branded marking, and private-label blister or boxed packaging for retail and OEM programs. A drawing or sample lets us match an existing pattern or develop a new one. Investment-cast tooling can be created for recurring designs.

Standard fittings ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume in a mixed order. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units per item. Combining several fittings across the range helps reach an efficient production batch.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard catalog hardware runs about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded program runs roughly 45–60 days including casting sampling and polishing, with repeat orders returning to 30–45 days. Casting, fabrication, and finishing are scheduled within that cycle.
