Commercial Fishing Nets — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures commercial fishing nets for working harvest operations — cast (throw), gill, seine/haul, trammel, and drag/trawl nets. Webbing is braided or twisted from nylon (PA) multifilament and monofilament and high-density polyethylene (PE), hung to a specified ratio onto lead-core or chain leadlines with foam or PVC float lines. Mesh openings are selected by target species and regulation, supplied tarred or untreated and UV-stabilized for sun and saltwater exposure. Every net is built to your local mesh-size and length requirements.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

[ 03 ] FAQ

Common questions

What net types, mesh sizes, and panel lengths are available?

We produce cast, gill, seine/haul, trammel, and drag/trawl nets, with mesh openings selected to your target species and local rules. Twine size, hanging ratio, depth (number of meshes), and panel length are all specified per order. Share your fishery and regulation and we will translate it into a buildable net schedule.

What materials and construction are used in the webbing?

Webbing is braided or twisted from nylon (PA) multifilament and monofilament and from high-density polyethylene (PE), in knotted or knotless constructions. Leadlines use lead-core rope or chain, paired with foam or PVC float lines hung to a defined ratio. All webbing is UV-stabilized, and you can choose a tarred or untreated finish.

How do I choose mesh size and hanging ratio for my fishery?

Mesh opening is driven by the size class of your target species and by the minimum mesh your jurisdiction permits, while hanging ratio controls how the webbing fishes — looser for gilling, tighter for seining. Tell us the species, water type, and capture method and we will recommend a combination. Nets are made to your local mesh-size and length regulations.

Can nets be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — hanging ratio, mesh, twine size, depth, panel length, leadline weight, and float spacing are all configurable, and we manufacture under OEM and private-label programs. Selvedge color, labeling, and float branding can be added. First-time branded runs include sampling before the full run is cut and hung.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard webbing and pre-rigged nets ship by the carton or bale and consolidate toward container volume for wholesale buyers. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units, depending on net type and panel size. We will confirm an exact minimum once specifications are set.

What is the production lead time?

Standard lead time runs about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded nets take roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeat orders returning to the 30–45 day window. Container consolidation and regulatory documentation are coordinated alongside production.
