Cargo & Lashing Nets — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures cargo and lashing nets that secure loads on trucks, trailers, containers, pallets, and aircraft — knotted nylon and polyester nets with load-rated bordering rope and corner hardware. Mesh is knotted from high-tenacity multifilament for abrasion and shock resistance, hung to a defined opening that holds loose and palletized loads without snagging. Nets are finished with a bordering rope and spring hooks, D-rings, or carabiners, plus adjustable lashings sized to the deck or container anchor points. The range covers trailer and pickup-bed nets, container and pallet nets, scramble and barrier nets, and helicopter and lifting cargo nets, with UV-stabilized webbing for outdoor transport service.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What cargo net types and mesh openings are available?

We make trailer and pickup-bed nets, container and pallet nets, scramble and barrier nets, and helicopter and lifting cargo nets. Mesh opening is sized to the load — tighter mesh for small or loose items, wider mesh for palletized or bulky loads. Tell us what you are restraining and the deck or anchor layout and we will spec the net and mesh.

What are the nets made of, and how strong are they?

Mesh is knotted from high-tenacity nylon or polyester multifilament for abrasion and shock resistance, finished with a load-rated bordering rope and corner hardware. Lifting and aircraft nets are built and rated to the duty required, with documentation on request. UV-stabilized webbing keeps strength through outdoor transport and storage.

How are cargo nets sized and attached to a vehicle or container?

Net size is matched to the bed, container, or pallet footprint with enough margin to drape and tension over the load, and the border carries spring hooks, D-rings, or carabiners spaced to your anchor points. Adjustable lashings take up slack as the load settles. Send your deck or container dimensions and anchor spacing and we will size the net.

Can the nets be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — mesh, twine, border rating, hardware type, and net size are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with branded tags and packaging. First branded runs include sampling. Send your load and anchor details and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard nets ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume with a low entry quantity. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units. Rated lifting-net programs are quoted per project given testing and certification needs.

What is the production lead time?

Standard nets run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling and any testing, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Hardware ships in the same consignment to avoid split deliveries.
