Pickleball Nets

Standard nets are built to USA Pickleball / IFP dimensions — 22' wide with a height of 36" at the posts tapering to 34" at the center. Portable frame footprints are sized to suit that span and stand free on the court. Net-only versions are cut to the same dimensions for use on permanent in-ground posts.

The netting is knotless polyester or PE mesh stitched to a reinforced vinyl headband that runs over a galvanized steel top cable for tension and shape retention. Portable frames are powder-coated steel or aluminum tube with corrosion-resistant fittings. All yarns are UV-treated so the net holds up to sunlight and weather.

Portable systems include a wheeled frame that rolls into position and away for storage, ideal for shared gyms, multi-use courts, and clubs that reconfigure space. Permanent setups use a net-only unit on fixed in-ground posts for dedicated courts. We can supply either, or both, depending on how your facility is used.

Yes. We offer OEM and private-label production with custom headband colors, woven or printed branding on the tape, and frame color matching. Logo placement, packaging, and instruction inserts can all be tailored to your brand. Share artwork and target specs and we will prepare samples for approval.

Standard nets ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, so stock configurations carry a low entry quantity. Custom or private-label net runs typically start around 500 units. Complete portable systems are quoted per project given size and freight.

Standard nets and systems run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, and repeat orders return to the 30–45 day window. Freight and consolidation time is additional and depends on destination.
