Everwin Sports manufactures at a single vertically integrated campus in Weihai, Shandong — wire forming, welding, galvanizing, powder coating, net weaving, forging, and assembly all under one roof. Owning every process means we control every tolerance, and no critical step is outsourced to an unaudited subcontractor.
A $2.5 million investment in automated powder-coating lines, completed in 2025, increased finishing capacity by 40% and improved coating uniformity across the marine hardware range.

Wire Forming & Welding
High-tensile steel wire is formed, welded, and framed in-house — from 14-gauge basket mesh to 2" tube frames for goals and cages.
Galvanizing & Coating
Hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication, marine-grade PVC vinyl coating, and automated powder-coating lines commissioned in 2025 for uniform finishing.
Net Weaving & Finishing
Knotted nylon, knotless HDPE, and high-tenacity polyester netting woven, UV-treated, bound, and roped to sport-specific and fishery-specific patterns.
Forging & Assembly
Drop-forged shackles, swivels, and turnbuckles machined, threaded, and assembled with calibrated torque — then marked with their working load limits.

Every order moves through the same documented inspection sequence — from mill certificate to loaded container.
Incoming Material Verification
Steel, wire, and netting yarn arrive with mill certificates and are sample-tested for tensile strength and composition before release to production.
In-Process Inspection
Operators and roving QC inspectors check dimensions, weld integrity, and coating thickness at every production stage — defects stop the line, not the shipment.
Proof-Load Testing
Anchors, shackles, swivels, and turnbuckles are individually proof-tested to 2× their rated working load before marking and packing.
Salt-Spray & UV Exposure
Coated hardware and netting samples run accelerated salt-spray and UV chamber cycles to validate corrosion protection and outdoor service life.
Final AQL Inspection
Every order passes a documented final inspection to AQL sampling standards covering dimensions, finish, marking, and packaging.
Third-Party Verification
Regular SGS audits and inspections — and customer-appointed third-party inspection welcomed on any order before loading.
