Mooring Buoys — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures foam-filled and rotomolded mooring buoys, pick-up & pendant buoys, marker & navigation buoys, and fender buoys. Foam-filled models pair a closed-cell EVA or PU core with a tough elastomer skin, while rotomolded models use a one-piece polyethylene shell, both reinforced by a galvanized or stainless through-rod with top and bottom eyes. High-visibility, UV-stable colors with optional reflective bands keep them visible in any chop. Built for permanent mooring fields, mark stations, and fendering, they resist impact, sunlight, and saltwater season after season.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What buoy types, sizes, and buoyancy options are available?

We supply mooring buoys, pick-up and pendant buoys, marker and navigation buoys, and fender buoys, across a range of diameters and buoyancy ratings. Foam-filled and rotomolded constructions are both offered so you can match weight, buoyancy, and impact needs. Tell us the mooring load and water depth and we'll recommend a size and reserve buoyancy.

How are the buoys constructed, and what gives them their durability?

Foam-filled buoys use a closed-cell EVA or PU core under a tough elastomer skin that resists punctures and stays buoyant even if the surface is scuffed. Rotomolded buoys are a seamless one-piece polyethylene shell. Both carry a hot-dip galvanized or stainless through-rod with top and bottom eyes, and UV-stable pigments molded throughout for lasting color.

How do I select a buoy for a permanent mooring versus a marker?

Permanent moorings call for a foam-filled or heavy rotomolded buoy with a robust through-rod sized to your ground-tackle load and reserve buoyancy to carry the chain weight. Marker and navigation buoys prioritize high-visibility color and reflective banding over load capacity. We can configure eye size, rod grade, and color scheme to suit either role.

Can colors, banding, and labeling be customized for OEM orders?

Yes. We produce custom colors, reflective band patterns, molded or printed numbering and markings, and private-label specifications. Through-rod grade and eye configuration can be tailored to your hardware. Send your color and marking requirements for a sample before a full run.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard buoys ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume, which is efficient given their bulk. Custom or private-label runs — special colors, markings, or rod configurations — typically start around 500 units. Mixing sizes within an order helps reach a workable batch.

What is the production lead time?

Standard buoys run about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded programs run roughly 45–60 days including color sampling, with repeat orders returning to 30–45 days. Molding, foam filling, and rod assembly are scheduled inside that cycle.
