Construction & Safety Netting — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures safety and containment netting for construction, scaffold, and industrial sites — debris and dust scaffold netting, knotted nylon personnel and fall-arrest nets, vertical perimeter screens, and stairwell and void barrier mesh. Fall and personnel nets are knotted from high-tenacity nylon with energy-absorbing borders and load-rated bordering rope to recognized fall-protection practice, while debris and scaffold sheeting is knitted flame-retardant HDPE that contains falling material and tools. Nets carry reinforced rope borders, tie cords, and stamped batch identification, and are UV-stabilized for prolonged site exposure. Standard and custom panel sizes ship with mounting cordage and clips for fast rig-up against scaffold, edges, and openings.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What types of safety netting do you make?

We make scaffold debris and dust netting, knotted nylon personnel and fall-arrest nets, vertical perimeter screens, and stairwell and void barrier mesh. Each is built for a different hazard — containing falling material, arresting a person or tools, or screening an open edge. Tell us the application and edge conditions and we will specify the net and border.

What materials are used, and how are the nets rated?

Fall and personnel nets are knotted from high-tenacity nylon with an energy-absorbing, load-rated bordering rope built to recognized fall-protection practice, and carry stamped batch identification for traceability. Debris and scaffold sheeting is knitted flame-retardant HDPE. All netting is UV-stabilized for prolonged site exposure, and test documentation can be provided on request.

What panel sizes are available, and how are they installed?

Nets ship in standard panel sizes and made-to-measure runs, hemmed with a reinforced rope border and tie cords. Debris sheeting laces or clips to scaffold tube, while fall nets rig to anchor points around the work area with the bordering rope and supplied cordage. We can include tie cords and clips so the net rigs up without sourcing fixings separately.

Can the netting be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — mesh, twine, border rating, flame-retardant treatment, panel size, and color are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with branded labels and batch tags. First branded runs include sampling. Send your panel schedule and the hazard it addresses and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard nets and sheeting ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, keeping the stock entry quantity low. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units. Large site packages are quoted per project given area and freight.

What is the production lead time?

Standard nets and sheeting run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling and any testing, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Fixings ship in the same consignment to avoid split deliveries.
