Badminton Nets

Nets are built to BWF dimensions — 6.1 m wide and 760 mm deep, the regulation singles and doubles width. The top of the net sits at the standard 1.55 m at the posts when hung on a correctly tensioned headline. Replacement nets are cut to the same dimensions for use with existing posts.

The mesh is woven in 15–20 mm dark netting for clear shuttle contrast and is UV-treated for indoor and outdoor durability. A white vinyl top tape, reinforced with double stitching, runs over a steel cable or cord headline that holds tension and keeps the top line straight. Tournament grades use heavier tape and cable than club grades.

If you have fixed posts already, a net-only unit is all you need; the headline cable threads through and tensions to the posts. For temporary or multi-use courts, our optional portable post sets with weighted bases let you set a court anywhere. Tell us your venue and we will recommend net grade and whether posts are required.

Yes. We offer OEM and private-label manufacturing with custom tape colors, woven or printed branding on the top tape, mesh gauge selection, and branded packaging. Logo placement and insert cards can be tailored to your brand. Share artwork and target specs and we will sample for approval.

Standard nets ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, keeping the stock entry quantity low. Custom or private-label net runs typically start around 500 units. Complete portable post sets are quoted per project given size and freight.

Standard nets run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeat orders back to 30–45 days. Portable post sets add crating and freight time depending on destination and consolidation.
