Net Floats & Purse-Seine Rings — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures the rigging hardware that hangs and works a net — pressure-resistant trawl and purse-seine floats, foam corkline floats, and purse-seine rings with bridles. Floats are molded from rigid PVC, ABS, and closed-cell EVA foam for depth-rated buoyancy that will not waterlog, in trawl, longline, and gillnet corkline profiles. Seine rings are cast or forged in galvanized steel or polymer and sized to ride the lead line and gather the purse smoothly. Through-holes, becket eyes, and high-visibility colors are configured to the net build, and every component resists pressure, UV, and continuous saltwater service.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

[ 03 ] FAQ

Common questions

What float types and ring sizes are available?

We supply trawl and purse-seine pressure floats, longline floats, and foam corkline floats in diameters from about 4" to 11", plus purse-seine rings sized to ride your lead line. Floats are offered in through-hole and becket-eye styles for different hanging methods. Provide your net type, working depth, and lead-line gauge and we will spec the floats and rings to match.

What materials are used, and how are the floats depth-rated?

Floats are molded from rigid PVC and ABS for pressure resistance or from closed-cell EVA foam for buoyancy that will not waterlog if the skin is scuffed. Each pressure float is rated to a working depth so it will not collapse on deep sets. Seine rings are cast or forged galvanized steel, or polymer where a lighter, non-corroding ring is preferred.

How do I match floats and rings to my net?

Float buoyancy is balanced against leadline weight so the net fishes at the right shape and depth, while ring size and spacing control how smoothly the purse gathers. Deeper sets need higher-pressure floats; heavier lead lines need more flotation. Tell us your hanging ratio and target depth and we will calculate the float count and ring schedule.

Can floats and rings be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — float profile, diameter, color, eye type, depth rating, and ring material and size are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with molded branding and color coding. First branded runs include sampling. Send your net build sheet and we will quote and sample to it.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard floats and rings ship by the carton or bag and consolidate toward container volume. Custom or private-label runs — special colors, depth ratings, or ring patterns — typically start around 500 units per specification. We confirm the minimum once the float and ring schedule is set.

What is the production lead time?

Standard floats and rings run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Molding, casting, and finishing are scheduled inside that window.
