Marine Hardware · OEM, wholesale & custom manufacturing — Weihai, China
Marine Hardware Everwin Sports manufactures load-rated deck & rigging fittings — cleats, fairleads, bollards, pad eyes, eye bolts, eye nuts, thimbles, wire-rope clips & clamps, and ferrules & swage sleeves. Components are drop-forged or cast from steel and then hot-dip galvanized, or produced in 316 stainless and mirror-polished for the harshest saltwater exposure. Load-bearing parts are proof-tested with the working load limit (WLL) marked where applicable. Built to ASTM, EN, and DIN specifications, these fittings anchor docking, mooring, and standing-rigging hardware on commercial and recreational vessels alike.
Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

The line covers cleats, fairleads, bollards, pad eyes, eye bolts, eye nuts, thimbles, wire-rope clips and clamps, and ferrules and swage sleeves. Each family is offered across a span of sizes to match common rope and wire diameters from 3/16" to 1" and beyond. Share your rope or wire gauge and we'll cross-reference the right fitting size.
Steel fittings are drop-forged or cast and then hot-dip galvanized for a thick, sacrificial zinc layer. For maximum corrosion resistance and appearance we produce parts in 316 stainless, mirror-polished to a bright finish. Both options are engineered for continuous saltwater and UV exposure on deck.
Load-bearing fittings are proof-tested and carry a stamped working load limit where applicable, manufactured to ASTM, EN, and DIN specifications. We can provide test documentation and certification support on request. Always select a fitting whose WLL exceeds your peak service load with an appropriate safety margin.
Yes. We offer custom dimensions, alternate finishes, branded stamping, and OEM or private-label packaging with printed cards or bagged kits. Drawings or samples let us match an existing pattern or build to a new one. Tooling for unique forgings can be developed for ongoing programs.
Catalog fittings ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume across a mixed order. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units per item. Combining sizes within the same fitting family helps reach an efficient production batch.
Standard fittings run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded program runs roughly 45–60 days including sampling and proof-testing, and repeat orders return to 30–45 days. Galvanizing and polishing are scheduled inside that window.
