Barrier & Containment Netting — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures sports barrier, backstop, ball-stop, and divider netting supplied as finished panels or bulk rolls. Applications span baseball and softball backstops, golf and soccer perimeter containment, batting-tunnel webbing, and multi-sport divider systems. We weave knotted nylon for heavy impact and knotless HDPE or polyester for lighter ball-stop duty, all UV-stabilized against sun and weather. Panels can carry a rope border, grommets, and edge reinforcement, with custom mesh gauges and panel sizes plus matching cable, snap-hook, and turnbuckle hardware kits for fast field installation.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

[ 03 ] FAQ

Common questions

What sizes and mesh options are available?

Netting ships as bulk rolls or as finished panels cut to your opening — common spans cover backstops, perimeter runs, and full divider drops. Mesh gauge is selected to suit the ball and impact level, from tight batting-cage webbing to open soccer and golf perimeter mesh. Provide your dimensions and sport and we will spec the panel and mesh.

What materials are used and how durable are they?

Heavy-impact applications like baseball backstops use knotted nylon for abrasion and tear resistance, while lighter ball-stop and divider duty uses knotless HDPE or polyester. All netting is UV-stabilized to resist sun degradation, and panels can add a braided rope border with reinforced corners for long service life. Hardware is corrosion-resistant for outdoor exposure.

How is the netting installed and tensioned?

Finished panels hang from a perimeter cable threaded through the rope border or grommets, then tension with turnbuckles and snap-hooks supplied in the hardware kit. Bulk rolls are field-cut and laced to existing structures or poles. We can include cable, anchors, and fittings so the system installs without sourcing parts separately.

Can you make custom panels or private-label products?

Yes. We produce custom panel sizes, mesh gauges, border types, and grommet spacing to your drawings, and offer OEM and private-label runs with branded labels and packaging. Twine color, border color, and hardware selection are all configurable. Send a layout or sample and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard nets and rolls ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, keeping the stock entry quantity low. Custom or private-label net runs typically start around 500 units. Large framed or system projects are quoted per project given size and freight.

What is the production lead time?

Standard panels and rolls run about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded production takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, returning to 30–45 days on repeats. Hardware kits are included in the same shipment to avoid split deliveries.
