Marine Hardware · OEM, wholesale & custom manufacturing — Weihai, China
Marine Hardware Everwin Sports manufactures rigging blocks & pulleys — snatch blocks, single, double, and triple sheave blocks, wire-rope and fiber-rope blocks, swivel-eye and hook blocks, and complete tackle assemblies. Side plates are forged or pressed from galvanized steel or stainless, paired with machined sheaves turning on roller or bronze-bushing bearings for smooth, durable line travel. Load-rated blocks are proof-tested with the working load limit (WLL) marked where applicable. Built to ASTM and EN specifications, they handle hoisting, hauling, and mooring loads across deck, dock, and rigging service.
Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

We supply snatch blocks, single, double, and triple sheave blocks, and matched tackle assemblies, with sheaves profiled for either wire rope or fiber rope. Attachment options include swivel eye, fixed eye, hook, and shackle heads. Tell us your rope diameter and line pull and we'll size the sheave and block accordingly.
Side plates are forged or pressed from galvanized steel or stainless, and sheaves are machined to a smooth groove profile. Sheaves run on roller bearings for low friction under load or bronze bushings for quiet, maintenance-tolerant service. Hot-dip galvanizing and stainless options handle continuous marine exposure.
Roller-bearing sheaves give the lowest friction and best efficiency for frequent or heavy hauling, while bronze-bushing sheaves are more forgiving of grit, shock, and intermittent use. Snatch blocks with a removable side plate let you reeve a line mid-span without threading the end. Match the WLL to your peak line pull with a safety margin.
Yes. We produce custom sheave diameters, plate finishes, attachment heads, and branded stamping, plus private-label packaging for retail or kit programs. Drawings or a sample let us match an existing block or develop a new design. Tooling for recurring volume can be arranged.
Standard blocks and tackle ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume in a mixed order. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units per item. Combining sizes within a block family helps reach an efficient batch.
Standard blocks run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded program runs roughly 45–60 days including sampling and proof-testing, and repeats return to 30–45 days. Sheave machining, galvanizing, and assembly are scheduled within that window.
