[ 03 ] FAQ

Common questions

What sizes do your batting cages come in?

Standard tunnels run 55' x 14' x 12' and 70' x 14' x 12', with lengths from 35' to 70'. Single-tunnel and multi-lane configurations are available, and we build custom dimensions for any facility.

What netting and frame are used?

Frames are 1-5/8" and 2" galvanized steel tubing; netting is #36 or #42 knotted nylon (or HDPE), UV-treated, with 1-3/4" square mesh. Heavier #42 net is recommended for high-volume training use.

Can the cages take a pitching machine and L-screen?

Yes — cages include platform mounts for pitching machines and L-screens. Tell us your machine model and we configure the clearances and mounting hardware to suit.

Are portable or in-ground options available?

Both. In-ground sleeves give a permanent installation; bolt-down plates and portable bases (rated to about 60 mph wind on portable models) suit facilities that relocate cages. We advise based on your site.

Do you manufacture batting cages for OEM and dealers?

Yes — we supply nets, frames, and complete cage kits under your brand with custom sizes, mesh, and packaging. OEM and dealer programs typically start at around 500 units for nets, or an agreed kit quantity.

What are the lead time and MOQ for batting cages?

Replacement nets ship by the carton toward container volume; complete cage systems are quoted per project. Standard orders run 30–45 days; custom-size or branded programs run 45–60 days for the first order.
