Everwin Sports manufactures protective netting for orchards, vineyards, row crops, and greenhouses — anti-bird netting, anti-hail and canopy nets, shade cloth, and windbreak screens. Webbing is knitted and extruded from UV-stabilized HDPE so it resists sun, weather, and seasonal re-use without unravelling when cut. Anti-bird and hail nets are woven to defined mesh openings that keep birds and hailstones off fruit while passing light, water, and air; shade cloth is supplied in graded shade percentages and windbreak screens in graded porosity. Nets ship as bulk rolls or finished panels with reinforced edges, monofilament selvedge, and grommets, with matched clips, wire, and tensioners for fast canopy or row-cover installation.

Common questions
What netting types do you make, and how do I choose mesh or shade grade?
We make anti-bird netting, anti-hail and canopy nets, shade cloth, and windbreak screens. Bird and hail nets are chosen by mesh opening to stop the target pest or hailstone size, shade cloth by shade percentage for the crop's light needs, and windbreak by porosity to slow wind without creating turbulence. Tell us the crop and the problem and we will specify the grade.
What is the netting made of, and how long does it last?
Nets are knitted or extruded from UV-stabilized HDPE, which resists sunlight, weather, and abrasion and does not unravel when cut to length. Reinforced selvedge edges and grommets let panels take tension season after season. With proper tensioning the netting is built for multiple seasons of re-use over orchards and vineyards.
Do you supply bulk rolls or finished panels, and how are they installed?
Both. Bulk rolls are field-cut and clipped over rows or frames, while finished panels come hemmed with selvedge, grommets, and a rope border for canopy and drape-over systems. We can include net clips, tension wire, and fixings as a matched kit so the canopy or row cover installs without sourcing parts separately.
Can the netting be customized or produced under OEM or private label?
Yes — mesh opening, shade percentage, width, color, edge finish, and grommet spacing are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with branded labels and packaging. First branded runs include sampling. Send your crop, span, and grade requirements and we will quote and sample.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard rolls and panels ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume, keeping the stock entry quantity low. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units. Large orchard or vineyard projects are quoted per project given area and freight.
What is the production lead time?
Standard rolls and panels run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Hardware kits ship in the same consignment to avoid split deliveries.
