Hooks & Quick Links — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures drop-forged connecting hardware — clevis and eye grab hooks, sling hooks with safety latch, snap hooks, S-hooks, and quick links in delta and oval profiles with matching connecting links. Each load-bearing piece is forged from quenched-and-tempered alloy steel, then hot-dip galvanized, or produced in 316 stainless for saltwater service. Every load-rated hook and link is individually proof-tested with the working load limit (WLL) stamped on the body. Made to ASTM and EN specifications, this hardware connects rigging, lifting, towing, and ground-tackle assemblies with predictable, marked strength.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What hook styles, quick-link shapes, and sizes are offered?

We produce clevis and eye grab hooks, sling hooks with a spring safety latch, snap hooks, S-hooks, and quick links in both delta and oval profiles with connecting links. Sizes span light deck-rigging connectors up to heavier lifting and towing grades. Provide your chain or rope size and required WLL and we'll match the right body.

What are these forged from, and how are they finished?

Load-bearing hooks and links are drop-forged from quenched-and-tempered alloy steel for strength and ductility, then hot-dip galvanized. For saltwater duty we also produce them in 316 stainless with a polished finish. Latches and springs are corrosion-resistant to match the body.

How is the working load limit verified on each piece?

Every load-rated hook and quick link is individually proof-tested and stamped with its working load limit, in line with ASTM and EN specifications. Certification support and test reports are available on request. Choose a component whose stamped WLL comfortably exceeds your working load, and never side-load a hook beyond its rated direction.

Do you support OEM, custom, and private-label hardware?

Yes. We offer custom forgings, alternate latch designs, special finishes, branded body stamping, and private-label blister or bag packaging. Existing samples or drawings let us replicate or improve a pattern. Dedicated tooling is available for recurring volume programs.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard hooks and quick links ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume in a mixed shipment. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units per item. Mixing sizes within a family helps build an efficient batch.

What is the lead time for an order?

Standard catalog items run about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded runs take roughly 45–60 days including sampling and proof-testing, with repeats returning to 30–45 days. Galvanizing, polishing, and stamping are built into that schedule.
