Rugby Posts, Pads & Kicking Nets — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures rugby uprights and training gear built to World Rugby dimensions — H-frame goal posts in steel and aluminum, hinged and bolt-down ground sockets, foam goal-post protector pads, and high kicking and catch nets. Posts are powder-coated white in union and league heights, with crossbar fittings and optional swivel-base hinges that let a single groundskeeper raise or lower them. Protector pads are molded closed-cell foam over a weatherproof PVC shell with hook-and-loop closure, in custom colors for branding. Kicking and catch nets are knotted UV-treated webbing on galvanized frames for goal-kicking practice, restart drills, and backstop containment behind the posts.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What rugby products and post heights do you supply?

We supply H-frame goal posts, ground sockets, protector pads, and kicking and catch nets, built to World Rugby dimensions in union and league heights. Posts are offered in standard and extended heights for senior, age-group, and stadium settings. Tell us the level of play and we will spec the post height and base.

What are the posts, pads, and nets made of?

Posts are powder-coated steel or lighter aluminum on an H-frame, seated in hinged or bolt-down ground sockets. Protector pads are molded closed-cell foam over a weatherproof PVC shell with hook-and-loop closure, and kicking and catch nets are knotted UV-treated webbing on galvanized frames. Each part is built for permanent outdoor exposure.

Should I choose hinged or fixed sockets, and do I need pads?

Hinged swivel sockets let one person lower the posts for mowing, storage, or shared pitches, while bolt-down sockets suit dedicated grounds. Protector pads are strongly recommended wherever players contest the ball near the uprights. We can supply posts, sockets, and pads as a matched set in your club colors.

Can the posts and pads be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — post height and material, socket type, pad color and branding, and net configuration are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with branded pads and packaging. Pad graphics can carry sponsor or club artwork. Send drawings or a reference set and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Pads and nets ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume with a low entry quantity. Complete posts are quoted per project given length and freight. Custom or private-label production proceeds to an agreed kit quantity.

What is the production lead time?

Standard pads, nets, and posts run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Long post sections are crated for freight, so transit time depends on destination and consolidation.
