Anti-Predator & Pond Netting — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures exclusion netting that protects aquaculture stock from birds, herons, gulls, seals, and otters — pond cover nets, cage predator nets, and over-water canopy systems. Webbing is knotted nylon for heavy predator loads and knotless HDPE or polyester for lightweight bird exclusion, all UV-stabilized against constant sun and spray. Nets are supplied as finished panels with a rope border and grommets or as bulk rolls for field rigging, with mesh openings sized to the species being excluded. Tensioning cable, snap-hooks, and perimeter posts can ship as a matched kit so a pond or cage canopy installs without sourcing parts separately.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

Which predators do these nets exclude, and what mesh should I use?

We make netting to keep birds, herons, gulls, cormorants, seals, and otters off ponds and cages. Mesh opening is chosen by the species — fine, light mesh for small birds, heavier knotted mesh against diving birds and marine mammals. Tell us the predators at your site and we will specify the mesh and twine that stop them without trapping stock.

What materials are used and how durable are they?

Heavy predator nets are knotted from high-tenacity nylon for tear and abrasion resistance, while lighter bird-exclusion nets are knotless HDPE or polyester. All webbing is UV-stabilized to survive constant sun and salt spray, and panels can add a braided rope border with reinforced corners for years of seasonal re-use over open water.

Do you supply finished panels or bulk rolls, and how are they installed?

Both. Finished panels hang from a perimeter cable threaded through the rope border or grommets and tension with turnbuckles and snap-hooks, while bulk rolls are field-cut and laced over frames or posts. We can include tension cable, hooks, and perimeter posts as a matched kit so the canopy installs without sourcing parts separately.

Can the netting be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — mesh opening, twine type, panel size, border, grommet spacing, and color are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with branded labels and packaging. First branded runs include sampling. Send your pond or cage dimensions and the target species and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard nets and rolls ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, keeping the stock entry quantity low. Custom or private-label net runs typically start around 500 units. Large canopy systems with hardware are quoted per project given size and freight.

What is the production lead time?

Standard panels and rolls run about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded production takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, returning to 30–45 days on repeats. Hardware kits ship in the same consignment to avoid split deliveries.
