Pre-production samples are produced and air-shipped for your approval. Sample costs are credited against your first order.
7–15 daysTooling & Pre-Production
Approved samples lock the specification. Tooling, fixtures, and a pilot run are completed and documented before mass production.
On approvalMass Production
Production runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system with in-process inspection at every stage.
30–45 daysInspection & Shipment
Final AQL inspection — with optional third-party SGS verification — then consolidated loading and export documentation handled by our team.
