Marine Rope & Anchor Rode — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures a complete line of marine rope & anchor rode — three-strand twisted nylon, double-braid nylon & polyester, mega-braid, and pre-spliced anchor rode with a stainless or galvanized thimble. Synthetic lines are UV-stabilized and abrasion-resistant for dock, mooring, and ground-tackle service, while our hot-dip galvanized and 316 stainless wire rope ships in 7×19, 6×19, and 1×19 constructions. Every reel is built for the wet, sun-exposed loading cycles that define real anchoring and docking duty. Custom lengths, eye splices, snap-hook ends, and whipped tails are made to order.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What rope types, diameters, and wire constructions are available?

We supply three-strand twisted, double-braid, and mega-braid synthetic lines in diameters from 3/16" to 1", plus pre-spliced anchor rode with a thimble. Wire rope is offered in 7×19, 6×19, and 1×19 constructions for halyards, lifelines, and standing rigging. Tell us the application and we'll recommend a construction and diameter to suit your loads.

What materials and finishes are used, and how is corrosion handled?

Synthetic lines are spun from UV-stabilized nylon and polyester for abrasion and sunlight resistance. Wire rope is supplied either hot-dip galvanized for general marine use or in 316 stainless for the best corrosion resistance in saltwater. Thimbles and end fittings are matched in galvanized or stainless to avoid dissimilar-metal issues.

How do I choose between three-strand and double-braid for anchor rode?

Three-strand nylon offers high stretch and shock absorption that cushions ground tackle in a seaway, and it splices easily to chain. Double-braid runs smoother through windlasses and has a firmer hand for dock and mooring lines. We can supply a chain-to-rope splice or a thimbled eye sized to your anchor shackle and chain gauge.

Can rope be cut to custom lengths and finished with OEM or private-label spec?

Yes. We produce custom cut lengths with eye splices, snap-hook or shackle ends, and whipped or heat-sealed tails. Color, tracer, hank-and-band packaging, and printed labels can all be specified for private-label or OEM programs. Send your length schedule and end-fitting list for a build sheet.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard reels and pre-spliced rode ship by the carton or pallet and consolidate toward container volume. Custom or private-label runs — special colors, branded packaging, or made-to-order spliced assemblies — typically start around 500 units. We're happy to combine sizes across a category to help you reach a workable run.

What is the production lead time?

Standard rope and wire-rope items run about 30–45 days after deposit. First-time custom or branded programs run roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeat orders returning to the 30–45 day window. Splicing and end-finishing are scheduled within the same production cycle.
