Playground & Climbing Nets — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures rope play structures and climbing nets for playgrounds, adventure parks, and gyms — cargo-net climbers, climbing walls and pyramids, net bridges, spider-web and tunnel nets, and trampoline enclosure netting. Nets are braided from reinforced polyester rope with a steel-wire core for grip and tear resistance, joined at every crossing with swaged aluminum ferrules or molded connectors that will not slip under load. Mesh openings follow playground-safety practice to limit head and finger entrapment, and UV-stabilized, color-fast rope withstands sun and weather. Standalone replacement nets and complete made-to-drawing structures are both supplied, with eye terminals and tensioners for anchoring to posts and frames.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

[ 03 ] FAQ

Common questions

What play structures and climbing nets do you make?

We make cargo-net climbers, climbing pyramids and walls, net bridges, spider-web and tunnel nets, and trampoline enclosure netting, supplied as complete made-to-drawing structures or as standalone replacement nets. Sizes are built to your equipment or layout. Send your structure drawings or the frame dimensions and we will spec the net.

What is the rope made of, and how are crossings joined?

Rope is braided from reinforced polyester around a steel-wire core for grip, tear resistance, and shape retention, and every crossing is locked with a swaged aluminum ferrule or molded connector that will not slip under a climber's weight. Mesh openings follow playground-safety practice to limit head and finger entrapment, and the rope is UV-stabilized and color-fast.

Can I order a replacement net or a complete structure?

Both. We supply standalone replacement nets cut and joined to fit your existing posts and frames, and complete made-to-drawing structures with eye terminals, tensioners, and anchoring hardware. Tell us whether you are refurbishing equipment or building new and we will quote the net or the full assembly.

Can the nets be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — rope diameter, color, mesh opening, structure geometry, and terminations are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs for playground and equipment brands. First runs include sampling. Send your drawings or a reference structure and we will quote and sample.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard replacement nets ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume with a low entry quantity. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units. Complete made-to-drawing structures are quoted per project given size and freight.

What is the production lead time?

Standard nets run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including sampling, with repeats back to 30–45 days. Made-to-drawing structures are crated for freight, so transit time depends on destination and consolidation.
