Boat Fenders — Manufacturer & OEM Supplier

Everwin Sports manufactures marine fenders that protect hulls at the dock and alongside — cylindrical and round inflatable fenders, twin-eye and center-tube models, flat freeboard and transom fenders, and heavy-duty dock and pile fenders. Inflatable models are seam-welded from thick marine-grade PVC with a ribbed surface and reinforced eyes, while dock fenders use molded EVA foam or vinyl over a closed-cell core. UV-stabilized pigments hold color against sun and salt, and a one-way inflation valve lets crews tune firmness. Sizes span tender and runabout fenders through commercial vessel and pontoon fenders, in marine white, navy, and custom colors.

Available factory-direct from our Weihai, China facility for wholesale, private-label and custom OEM production — alternate materials, sizes and branding, typically from 500 units, for buyers across major export markets.

Common questions

What fender types and sizes do you offer, and how do I size them?

We make cylindrical and round inflatable fenders, flat freeboard and transom fenders, and molded dock and pile fenders, from tender sizes up to commercial-vessel and pontoon fenders. As a rule of thumb, size fender diameter and count to your boat's length and weight, adding larger or extra fenders for exposed berths. Tell us your vessel and berth and we will recommend a size and quantity.

What are the fenders made of, and how durable are they?

Inflatable fenders are seam-welded from thick marine-grade PVC with a ribbed wall and reinforced eyes that resist abrasion and impact, while dock and pile fenders are molded EVA foam or vinyl over a closed-cell core. All are UV-stabilized so the color and surface hold up to sun and salt. A one-way valve lets crews top up or soften the fender to suit the load.

How many fenders and what size should a boat carry?

A common guideline is at least one fender for every 10 feet of length with a minimum of three or four per side, stepping up in diameter as displacement rises. Rafting, lock transits, and exposed berths call for more or larger fenders. We can put together a per-vessel fender package so buyers have a matched set rather than mismatched pieces.

Can fenders be customized or produced under OEM or private label?

Yes — size, profile, eye configuration, valve type, and color are all configurable, and we run OEM and private-label programs with molded or printed branding and retail packaging. First-time branded runs include sampling so you can confirm wall thickness and finish. Send artwork and target sizes and we will sample for approval.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Standard fenders ship by the carton and consolidate toward container volume, though they are bulky, so loading plans favor mixed sizes. Custom or private-label runs typically start around 500 units per size. We confirm the exact minimum once the size range is set.

What is the production lead time?

Standard fenders run about 30–45 days after deposit. A first-time custom or branded run takes roughly 45–60 days including color sampling, with repeat orders returning to the 30–45 day window. Welding, molding, and finishing are scheduled inside that cycle.
