Yes. Pre-production samples typically ship within 7–15 days by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Sample and courier costs are credited against your first production order.
Our standard terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Irrevocable letters of credit (L/C at sight) are accepted for larger orders. We invoice in USD by default.
Standard catalog products ship in 30–45 days from order confirmation and deposit. Custom and OEM programs typically run 45–60 days for the first order, including sampling and tooling, then 30–45 days for repeat orders.

Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with six documented checkpoints — from incoming material verification with mill certificates through proof-load testing at 2× working load limit and final AQL inspection. Third-party SGS inspection is available on any order.
Most customers buy FOB Qingdao. We also quote EXW Weihai, CIF or CFR to your destination port, and DDP for select markets. Our export team handles all documentation and customs compliance.
Typical transit times from Qingdao are 18–25 days to North America, 28–35 days to Europe, and 10–18 days across Asia-Pacific. Expedited air freight is available for urgent orders and samples.

Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading, plus certificates of origin (including Form A and RCEP where applicable). Test reports and certification copies are available on request.
