What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product line. For standard catalog products, the minimum is typically one full master carton per item, and mixed products can be consolidated to reach container volume. Custom and OEM orders typically start at around 500 units, depending on tooling and materials.
Can I order samples before placing a production order?
Yes. Pre-production samples typically ship within 7–15 days by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Sample and courier costs are credited against your first production order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Irrevocable letters of credit (L/C at sight) are accepted for larger orders. We invoice in USD by default.
What is your standard production lead time?
Standard catalog products ship in 30–45 days from order confirmation and deposit. Custom and OEM programs typically run 45–60 days for the first order, including sampling and tooling, then 30–45 days for repeat orders.
Do you offer OEM and private label manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture under our customers' brands with custom dimensions, materials, colors, woven labels, molded logos, and retail-ready packaging. See our OEM & Custom Manufacturing page for the full program and process.
How do you control product quality?
Production runs under ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality controls with six documented checkpoints — from incoming material verification with mill certificates through proof-load testing where required and final AQL inspection. Customer-appointed third-party inspection, including SGS, is available on any order.
Which incoterms do you quote?
Most customers buy FOB Qingdao. We also quote EXW Weihai, CIF or CFR to your destination port, and DDP for select markets. Our export team handles all documentation and customs compliance.
How long does ocean shipping take?
Typical transit times from Qingdao are 18–25 days to North America, 28–35 days to Europe, and 10–18 days across Asia-Pacific. Expedited air freight is available for urgent orders and samples.
Can you ship less than a full container?
Yes. We partner with consolidators at Qingdao port to provide competitive LCL rates on partial container shipments, and we optimize loading plans on full containers to reduce per-unit freight costs.
What compliance documentation do you provide?
Everwin Sports manufactures to ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality controls and ISO 14001:2015-aligned environmental practices. CE documentation, ASTM compliance records, order-specific test reports, and customer-appointed third-party inspection are available for applicable products and markets.
What export documentation do you provide?
Every shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading, plus certificates of origin (including Form A and RCEP where applicable). Test reports and compliance-documentation copies are available on request.
Can we visit the factory?
Absolutely — factory visits to our Weihai campus are welcome. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM China Standard Time. Contact us in advance and we will arrange a full production tour.
