Facility Expansion Adds Automated Powder-Coating Capacity

Everwin Sports has completed a $2.5 million investment in automated powder-coating lines at its Weihai manufacturing campus, increasing finishing capacity by 40% and improving coating uniformity across its marine hardware and sports equipment ranges.

The new lines tighten control over coating thickness — a key durability factor for hardware exposed to continuous saltwater and outdoor service — and add throughput for the company's vertically integrated production, where wire forming, galvanizing, coating, net weaving, forging, and assembly all happen under one roof.

The upgrade supports Everwin's six-checkpoint quality program, which includes coating-thickness inspection and accelerated salt-spray and UV exposure testing before products ship.
